Recording your choices is important. You may have very specific wishes and if not recorded, they may not be carried out when the time comes.

These wishes may be burial or cremation, a private funeral ceremony, a specific venue, flowers you like, casket choice, hair and makeup etc.

It is also for recording your family information such as parent's names, occupations, Relationships/marriages and where you were born.

These need to be recorded and kept on file and it is a good idea to keep a copy with your will.
